    For a month I have been attempting, unsuccessfully to resolve a complaint. I am very frustrated and at the end of my patience. I have tried calling every number I have found and the customer service reps are not at all helpful. I have talked to managers at RoomsStays which don't give a darn. I have asked repeatedly for the mailing or email address of the headquarters to file an official complaint and the phone reps and email reps refuse to give out the information!   • False Advertising

    I put Embassy Suite in the Bing Search Engine and it did come up, with photos, and room availability. I selected the room only to find out that it was under a third party...roomstay. I was not aware of this at the time of booking and was not given a refund or any real assistance. The operator just summed it up as non-refundable booking an refuse to address the real issue-false advertising or misleading advertising.   • Rip Off

    Went to what I thought was an Expedia booking site. I was booking two rooms so thought it would be better to call. Person represented himself as if he were with Hyatt place. Since, that is who I was calling I booked both rooms. During the process ( as soon as he took my credit card number) the call was dropped.   • Misrepresentation

    3 issues: 1) I thought I was booking through the Westin hotel website. I had never heard of RoomStays and don't know how I ended up calling that number. I told the representative that I wanted the corporate rate for the room booking. He never acknowledged that I was in error he just said he had a better rate 2) I wasn't sure if I needed to be away for 1 or 2 nights.   • Wanted to change reservation

    I used my smart phone to make a 1 night reservation in Taos. I thought I was on the website for the hotel. I saw my reservation was for 2 nights so I called the number on the site to change my reservation. I think I was talking to someone in India. She told me she changed the reservation. I now have a confirmation for one room for 1 night and one room for 2 nights and the confirmation states my charge is $394.84!     reservation was cancelled same day at least within an hour or two online and followed up with phone calls. Charge on my credit card still appeared. Called company and was told it was refunded and advised to call the bank. Called bank and stated no refund has been processed. Called company and was only told due to the cancellation policy it cannot be refunded and they cannot do anything. Cancellation normally for hotel reservation is refunded when cancellation is made before the grace period which before 10pm or so same day. This is ridiculous, this company is ripping people off.
