Class action against roomstays.com - roomstays.com fraudulent one night fee charge


YES, roomstays.com is a TOTAL FRAUD charging at least a one nite fee because they manage to sneak in a small addendum deadline which is the day before you actually is making the reservation regardless if it is for one or three days in advance!!! They will blame the hotel for quoting you a lower rate either on the hotel website or verbally that you decided to make with instead of thru' roomstays.com website so as not to refund you for the one nite charge!!!

I managed to threaten them with a class-action lawsuit for fraud thru my credit card company in a three-way conference call to them so they relented and credit me.Send an email to usapbureau@yahoo.com to shut them down with a class-action lawsuit whether you were able to or not to get a credit for the one nite and $5 charge rom them!!!Thanks!!!

I had a simialr experience. They quoted me 1 price and billed my credit card a much higher price and charge it all on my credit card.

While some hotels do refunds, there are some reservations are indicate that payment is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once the hotel is booked.

What if I find a lower priced hotel after I already booked my reservation?

If you are looking for the lowest rate, there may be instances where there are rates lower than the one you have already booked. If this happens, please contact us prior to the cancellation deadline of your reservation. We will either refund you the difference or cancel the reservations without acquiring a penalty.
