Don't ever use this site. On 3/2 I thought I was on the Ramada Inn of Naples site and after I booked the rooms discovered that I had been routed to roomstays.com . They charged my credit card for the stay and then charged me $10 to do it! I then needed to make a change to the reservation. So I log onto the website on 3/5 to update it and it won't allow me to change it. I call them and go through a laborious process to change it and have to hang on while they fax the chnage to the hotel. I am then reassued that the change has been made and I will be receiving my refund within a few days. So, being the sceptic that I am, I check my bank on 3/12 and don't see the refund so I call them and find that nothing has been done. So I ask to speak with a manager or supervisor, I talk to them and they issue the credit and reassure me that they have made the change. They even give me a new confirmation # to use with the hotel. They tell me they can't change the reservation online because their software doesn't allow them to make the change online - really? a reservation software package that doesn't allow you to make a change? because no one ever changes their reservation, right? Good news I finally get the refund. but when I call the Ramada Inn of Naples on 2/18 to verify the reservation dates they still have it wrong. I am on the phone again tryiing to get them to update the reservation, they are telling me for the third time that they have faxed the change to the hotel and the hotel has verified receipt. And I had to pay $10 for this!!!! And of cource the hotel is booked so I can't cancel the reservation and start over and I want to stay here because other family members are staying here. NOT HAPPY. I will be much more careful booking reservations next time. I can't believe this mess!
