For a month I have been attempting, unsuccessfully to resolve a complaint. I am very frustrated and at the end of my patience. I have tried calling every number I have found and the customer service reps are not at all helpful. I have talked to managers at RoomsStays which don't give a darn. I have asked repeatedly for the mailing or email address of the headquarters to file an official complaint and the phone reps and email reps refuse to give out the information!

On March 7th I was on holidays with my family and logged onto your website to book a hotel room for two nights in St. George UTAH. Everything on the site was working perfectly, confirming my room in St. George UTAH would be available for two nights, and press YES to complete transaction. As soon as I completed the transaction my confirmation automatically switched to show that my room was no longer booked in St. George UTAH but in St. George SC. Without delay I called the customer service number and a very friendly representative looked into the situation for me. The identical thing happened to him. It confirmed a booking for Utah, but then as he pressed to confirm it again automatically changed from Utah to SC. At that time he was very apologetic, said that is must be a system glitch and other than refunding my full purchase price there was nothing he could do to assist me booking a room in the city of St. George Utah. At that point I was very pleased with customer service I had received...until I got my bill.

On my bill was a system booking fee for $11.31 CAN for roomsstays.com. I have called the customer service number to dispute the charge and they say that the charge is non refundable. I can understand a non refundable booking fee if I had canceled my reservation because my plans had changed, but I have no intention of paying a reservation booking fee to pay for a computer glitch. It would be the same as you taking your car to a mechanic shop and them charging you $10 - than them saying, sorry we only fix trucks. It is ridiculous.

If you could kindly refund the booking fee I would be most appreciative.
